Villa Sofia is a modern detached villa on two levels and is ideally situated within just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen and the resort facilities. Comfortably furnished throughout the rooms are spacious and bright. The enclosed sun terraces are surrounded by bordered gardens and traditional volcanic stone walls. This villa is ideal for both families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday.
The villas have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comprise:
Ground floor
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, table and chairs; comfortable lounge with satellite TV limited channels, DVD, CD player, dining table with chairs, patio doors to sun terrace and pool; Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; 2 x twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and fans; 2 x shower rooms with walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
First floor
Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fan patio doors leading to balcony with sea views; en suite shower room with, walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
The rectangular 6m x 2,10m poolheated in the winter months is surrounded by large sun terraces with sunbeds and patio furniture. There is also a covered area offering shade and built in barbecue.
The villa is alarmed, has a safety deposit box and off street parking

*Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing, with a supplement of £50 (56 EUR) for each extra person. Villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 persons.
