This very pretty two bedroom detached bungalow is perfectly situated close to the Playa Chica beach in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. It is positioned within a few minutes walk of the new Fariones Sports Complex which boasts a fully equipped gymnasium, tennis and squash courts and a large swimming pool set in very picturesque gardens.
The property has open and covered terraces with spacious sunbathing and seating area, complete with a built in brick barbecue. The garden exudes a tropical flavour as it is well stocked with mature plants. It also affords a beautiful sea view and is less than 3 minute's walk from the beach.

The property has a very comfortable living room with Satellite TV, DVD player and an open stone fireplace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, iron and toaster.
