This two bedroom semi-detached property with private pool is located at the Eastern end of Playa Blanca between Las Coloradas and the Marina Rubicon.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with king-size bed has doors leading outside to the upstairs terrace from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views. The second bedroom is equipped an ensuite bathroom and has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning which can double as heating during the winter.
Downstairs, the living room has two sofas as well as air conditioning, satellite tv, a dvd player and Wifi there is an extra charge of €40 for unlimited internet access. Doors lead from the living room to the terrace and pool area with barbecue and seating for six.
