Located in one of the most exclusive zones of Playa Blanca, this three bedroom villa offers complete privacy in a quiet location.
From the upper terrace, guests enjoy sea views across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and sun late into the evening. The lower terrace opens up onto the pool area complete with sun-loungers, barbecue and a large 10 x 4 meter solar-heated pool electric heating is available as an extra.
Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a bathroom next to it. The villa also has a fourth bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms are laid out as twin rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and kettle. There is a washing machine in the solana next to the kitchen and an iron and ironing board are provided.
The living room has two sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and a CD player.
