This three bedroom villa is located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca - a quiet residential area just ten minutes' walk from the Playa Flamingo beach with its cafes, restaurants and pedalos.
Outside guests can enjoy the sea views across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, cook on the custom-built barbecue and relax in the solar heated 8x4 meter swimming pool electric heating is available for an additional £60 per week.
All three bedrooms come with twin beds and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading directly onto the sun terrace.
The living-room/dining area has a dining table with seating for six, a three piece suite as well as satellite TV and a DVD player.
The fitted kitchen comes fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is also a washing machine, a solana to dry your clothes and an Iron and Ironing board are also provided.
