Spacious apartment with fantastic views located close to the New and Old Town of Puerto del Carmen.
The apartment is situated in a small complex of twenty two apartments set within well-maintained gardens surrounding a large swimming pool and sun-bathing terraces.
This upper floor apartment has two twin-bed bedrooms, a bathroom with shower over bath, well-equipped kitchen, and living room/dining area with TV and video. From the living room French doors open on to a private terrace with patio furniture.
The apartment has stunning views over the harbour towards the Atlantic and the mountains in the south of the island and Fuerteventura are clear to see. Evening is a special time of the day and the sunsets are quite spectacular.
Agua Brava is situated in a quiet part of the Old Town area of Puerto del Carmen, just 10 minutes walk to the harbour or the water sports quay and beach, or 15 minutes walk to the main beach and the seafront shops, bars and restaurants. There are also restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby.
The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size electric cooker, a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. The bathroom has recently been renewed to provide a large shower cubicle and we also provide a hair dryer.
For indoor entertainment there is a TV set with SKY package, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a well-stocked bookcase.
There is a weekly maid service when the apartment is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed.
