El Barranquillo apartments are situated in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen, a 10 minute drive from Arrecife airport. The beauty of this apartment is the fact that it is on a quiet secure complex yet only mins away from the main beaches , shops, restaurants banks etc. There are 3 pools, one of which is a child's pool. There is also a small shop on the complex. This apartment is also suitable for the disabled as there are no steps to the property either from the back or the front.

This accommodation is privately owned and has recently been completely refurbished. It has has a brand new fully equipped Kitchen, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Fridge, toaster, kettle plus all other kitchen utensils including an iron and ironing board. The dining area consists of 2 large sofa beds, coffee table, and TV/DVD/CD player, radio plus various family DVDs and CDs. The bathroom has a bath/shower and washing machine. The 2 bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each. There is a new travel cot and a safe in one room. The lounge and back bedroom open onto a large patio area comprising of patio table and 6 chairs.
