The apartment boasts being centrally located (close to the New and Old Town of Puerto del Carmen) and is just meters from the beach, in a complex set within well-maintained gardens.
The front Terrace has a table, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is also a spacious second Terrace with pool view also with a table and 4 chairs.
Unfortunately, due to the steps to this apartment it would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. However, for those who are able, the views are well worth it!!
Caleton Blanco is situated in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen and is only a 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport.
