This 8 person Luxury Villa is located in Playa Blanca, and it is ideal for a quiet beach holiday (the nearest beach is at 200m. and the famous Papagayo white beaches are short drive away).
Facilities
The Villa is beautifully furnished with 2 fully fitted kitchens (fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron...Air Conditioning). 4 double bedrooms (one of them with a double bed), 4 bathrooms, private garden, barbeque and Private heated swimming pool (8x4m.).
Maid Service
Maid service is a priority and guests have been very pleased with this service, the Villa will be cleaned every three days.
Local Area
In Hotel Rubicon Palace (located besides our villa), you can find hydrotherapy, which is an enjoyable activity and very healthy and relaxing too.
In front of the villa, on the left side of Hotel Calimera, you can find a long avenue, where you can have a nice sea-side walk until Playa Blanca's harbour.

Prices are for up to 4 persons, there is a supplement of £60 for each additional person.
Electric Pool heating (solar heating not enough for winter) 100 euros per week.
Payment is in Euros, conversion rate: £1000 = 1420 Euros
Seasons:
Low-Season: first half December, January, May, June.
Mid-Season: November, February, March, April (except Easter), September, October, 1st half July.
High-Season: Easter, 2nd half July, August
Christmas: Second half December (but not including returns before Christmas e.g. 15 - 22 Dec)
