They are a Swedish company with operations also based in the Uk and Greece, Viking Hellas.
They do seem to have a poor timekeeping problem but a good safety record, so no problem.

yea!! thank god for that , mind you the one advantage of a free for all is that you can avoid annoying kids that kick you in the back of the chair all the way there and the yobs who are 3 sheets to wind before take off

ive been to bulgaria skiing in the 80,s and went with balkan arilines
my god l lent on the two seats we were allocated and they were not even bolted to the floor of the plane

and we were by the emergency exit instructions in bulgarian of course
none of the crew wanted to speak english and everything we ask them for we got a cold bottle of beer shoved in our hands in reply... wont mention the landing in sofia , 70 mile crosswinds mountains at end of runway and people screaming were gonna crash ...then on the coach transfer up the
mountain some stupid woman stopped her car in front of our coach just after a hairpin bend and the coaches brakes would not hold in the snow so we slowly slipped back
he finally nestled it into a snow bank thats when l got off with almost everyone following and walked for half an hour to the hotel
nothing much shocks me now after that trip
