Going by that map I'd say Los Calameres are perfectly situated, but I could only find 3 bedroom villas there.

If you're prepared to settle for a communal pool, Las Brisas and Casas Del Sol are even better situated.

Las Brisas are busier than CDS but have a freshwater pool and a bar and restaurant, as well as tennis courts. They are right across the road from the Hiperdino supermarket.

Casas Del Sol have a saltwater pool but no bar or restaurant, they also have tennis courts. They are right across the road from the harbour and a Spar restaurant. We have recently returned from a villa on CDS that would be ideal for a couple and it was very reasonably priced, I can PM details if you want.

Well my response is:

30 minutes from the airport (plus taxi queue time) - you can decide whether that is long or not!
Go to www.lanzarotelates.com and let Angie know that Phil sent you (we highly recommend them for looking after our clients accomodation when they come to visit businesses for sale - and also for my family when there are too many to stay at our place)
The map on www.waxbars.com website is a little bit out of date as I purchased it a couple of years ago but does have much of the information on it!

As for everything else that has been written maybe you want to go back and read the original post as the request was for villas in a good area and a map!

So where would our learned friend suggest the poster finds a 2 bedroom villa with private pool which is closer to the resort centre?

Well am sure you know better than me!!! 2 beds would be tricky as most on Casas Del Sol bit smaller and Margaritas and Colarados bigger. What about on Solanza - do they do rentals?

Think we all agree that Faro Park a bit far out if without a car though!

if you take a taxi from the airport to your villa, you can arrange bike hire - there are several bike hire people in PB & they will deliver the bikes to your villa.

Cycling in PB is easy & safe - there are cycle lanes along the road from Faro park to town centre.
