Accomodation advice please

Hi,

I'd be really grateful for some advice as I am about to book my third Lanzarote trip in a few days but the apartment I rented in October and April may not be available. So I am stuck as what to do. I would ideally like to stay in CT, but am open to try other resorts/ The important bit is I want a 1 or 2 bed apartment with beach/promenade views. I know this sounds picky but I will be on my own for some of the holiday and still like to feel like I am part of everything so being able people watch with a glass of wine from my balcony before/after I go out is quite important. My worst ever holiday alone was in Los Cristianos, where although my apartment had sea views, I was at the top of a hill and my immeadiate views were of roof tops so ended up cockroach watching rather than people watching.

P.S. I am fairly flexible on dates, but would prefer end Sept/beginning Oct when the weather is still hopefully very good.

Hiya

We have a lovely villa on Sands Beach Resort in Costa....nice terreace looking onto a pool and 2 mins walk to the beach.....nice place to stay.

Thank you so much, however I have booked somewhere more central which was my main requirement as I will be alone for some of the time.
I will be probably be coming out with a friend early next year so will certainly keep you in mind.
