Hi,

I was hoping to rent a two bedroom villa on Sands beach Resort from the 28th of June until the 12th of July this year.

I am having some trouble getting properties that aren't booked on these dates. Does anyone know of an owner who may be able to help?

Might be an obvious question, but have you been in direct contact with the staff at Sands? I've not seen the place full for years.

You need to try Owners Direct website. You are probably better off not booking direct as some of the apartments still owned by Sands themselves have not been brought up to date yet, and do get bad press. However I do know that people do book more than 12 months in advance & have repeat bookings, so the dates you are looking at will have been filled the year before. I have never seen the resort quiet!
