I wonder if anyone has stayed in or near Casa El Rincon villa at Yaiza?

We've been told it has no neigbouring villas, but when looking on Google Earth satellite view there seems to be a line of buildings to the right of the villa off Calle El Rincon.

We are after seclusion and no neighbouring properties in Yaiza, Femmes (so we are in striking distance of Playa Blanca) so any recommendations welcome.

Hope someone can advise on Casa El Rincon.
