Hi! I would like to know if anyone can help! Is the Las Maretas commercial centre near to the beach, hotels apartments etc? We are considering viewing a business for sale there and would like as much info as possible! Is there a good passing trade? What about residents, is it close to the centre of costa teguise in a popular area? thanks in advance, we aren't able to get to Lanzarote for a few months yet and would like to find out before we get there if it is worth a look!

It is very close to the beach,fairly close to the centre. The only problem I see with Las Maretas is, you have to go to it, if that makes sence, you don't walk through it to the beach, like the other places,it's always quiet.
