Ok, you will need a 23 or 24 to Arrecife, then change to a 25 in Arrecife. 25 is not very often, please look at http://www.arrecifebus.com for all info you require.

For €20-25 you should be able to get a taxi from the airport direct to Puerto Calero. If the queues are long, sometimes (but fast moving), walk through the bus park to Terminal 2 where taxis are waiting for local flights.

Just to add to Cymmons post (as I live in puerto calero) I'd say 20 euro's for a taxi to puerto calero to be the most you should pay (varies between 15 and 17 euro's although did pay nearly 20 euro's on one trip back). Paid 16.50 last thursday when I arrived back.

Also if you dont mind driving whilst on holiday. You can pick up a hire car at the Airport for not an awfull lot more than a round trip to and from Calero and you have the freedom to explore Lanzarote.

It's deliberately difficult to get a bus from the airport to any of the resorts. It frequently involves getting a bus to Arrecife and then another to the resort you're going to.

Airport taxis cartel, do you think?

If you dont mind going on a shuttle bus I go through Travel Republic...Holiday Extras....Transfers.
It quotes £18 return per person, Ive never had a problem with them
