I don't think they do any boat trips from Costa Teguise . Try Playa Blanca !

You could always try Bareboat or Skippered Yacht Charter and that way you can plan your own trip.

Costa Teguise must be the only resort that does not really offer
or have the harbour etc to do boat trips.
There have been plans mentioned in the past about a marina
being built at Costa Teguise, if this ever happens that I think boat trips would certainly be on the cards.
