Has anyone stayed,or know anything about the apartments, Caleton Blanco in PDC. Not sure if they are all privately owned or not,but seem quite nice from what I can see from the outside when passing.

They're great - right on the front, so 2 minutes away from the beach. I stayed there earlier this year. They are all privately owned. The only very slight downside is the amount of steps to get to the majority of apartments, but in my opinion that's better than the hills lol. I thoroughly recommend them.
