Can anyone explain why certain Apt's in pdc have increased there rate's this year.!!
If anything I thought then would be coming down,due to recession etc.

Have flights booked for next Jan.,but on checking Apt price's they have increased since we stayed last Feb.--- Strange

Are you talking about July/Aug? perhaps they can fill them then so can afford to

Supply & demand, could be down to Ryanair's increased routes to Lanzarote.

I think you need to give us a idea what month (s) we are talking about?
Certainly August will be busy so prices will be higher, just like Christmas/

We are being told with the change in the flight types and with more budget airline seats the self-catering accomodation is in a greater demand ... more demand usually means higher prices. Some people are already nearly booked up for all of 2010 and have forward bookings for 2011 ... just need the people to hit the streets and spend some money out and about and we might get a few more smiles around the shops and bars!
