Please reconsider Lis48, the info you gave was excellent and very helpful.
It is always better to have "very" local information. Knowing now that you are indeed Spanish (or Canarian?) gives this "British" forum another perspective on the information given.
When I lived in Lanzarote I worked for a number of Spanish run institutions and saw the differences in cultures and work ethics, very interesting.
The more diverse this forum, surely the better the information given.

Please dont take it all to heart, its the british sense of humour that obviously doesnt translate very well. I was born in ireland and have lived in england most of my life, my sense of humour is a little warped maybe. You answered their questions if they dont want your help thats their loss. Ok maybe some posters get a bit silly, but please dont leave the forum, stay, its not all bad, as are not all english and irish people .

Thank you Focker and Cymmon. I have calmed down now. I was born in England and lived there my first few years so I do often feel I have a foot in both worlds.
It was late at night when I wrote that so a bit silly to think of chilling out on Papagayo! How many English would be there for me to deliberately ignore? Yes Droopy, I have a Spanish not English sense of humour.
