And if every singel one spends 10 Euros.... ?

May be buy a location in Centro Commercial Punta Limones, - the burnt out Chinese shouldn't be to expensive.....

And rent it out to some Indians and friends ?

Btw, - The Irish Anvil isn't that badly located after all if these plans materialise ......

On the waterfront, - next to the Irish Anvil.....

But a long way from the waterfront, with no view if that plan happens!

If no containerport (i.e. the basin in front of Punta Limones is not filled up, but used for other purposes like a small yacht harbour,) - it will be a very good location.....

And all those tourists that come off the cruise ships will have to walk right in front of it on their way to town....

If the container thing is happening, - well then....
