Hello Lanzarote experts

I'm visiting with my boyfriend mid-September, we're both 22. Will it be busy around that time? We are afraid of going and the place being a ghost town, we'd like a bit of atmosphere. We plan on going out a lot, so what bars/clubs would you recommend?

Also, what will the weather be like around that time? I heard August and Sept are the hottest months which would be perfect for us.

Any other tips for us regarding what to bring, where to eat etc would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I havent been for 6 years but i have been lots of times when i was younger! Its a great place is puerto del carmen, you wont be dissapointed! Im actually going at the end of August for 2 weeks, I cant wait for it!
In terms of nightlife, yes its pretty lively, a great place for couples! There is loads of bars and restaurants, and there is one club which i know of that is open till some daft time in the early hours of the morning. A couple of my mates have just come back and they had a ball.
Some bars that spring to mind were called the hippodrome, paradise beach island and the club i think is called dance club 928.

I can guarantee you it wont be a ghost town! It will be very lively, my brother went last November and it was still lively then.
So relax, you will have a great time!
