We have two jobs available:
The first is for an experienced sous chef, who can run the kitchen on the head chefs day off. Must be able to; produce high quality food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
Five days a week.

The second is for a kitchen porter/Trainee chef.
Must be enthusiastic to learn the trade, while pot washing and prepping in a busy kitchen.
Experience not essential
5 days a week.
