Can any one tell me anything about the club siroco apartments, how far to the main beach, how far to the town centre ect

Stayed here a couple of years ago on a last minute booking, and found them clean and basic with good facilities. It's a 5-10 min walk to the main beach along the promenade, then a further 5 mins to the centre of town.

Ye it's over near Lanzarote Beach club, Beach it's too far as you can cut through but town as a far walk.

would you have any idea how much the cab fair is to/from the airport.

Taxi will cost you roughly 15-20 euro at most from airport - as for restuarants, there's loads of them. Something to suit everyone's taste, and if you happen to come across the Cutty Sark, try the home-made pie...yum!!
