Hi all,
This may seem like a stupid question but does anyone know if DAB digital radios work in Lanzarote or is this purely a British thing?
Sorry if this sounds daft but i need to know if i can bring it with me on my move or if i should sell it in the UK first

Actually alwayshappy, it’s not as daft a question as you think.

I don’t understand how the broadcasting technology works, but as far as I know the Digital signal we get in the UK is specific to the UK. In fact I think the instructions on mine say that it will only ever work in the UK. I still tried it in Lanza tho, but not surprisingly it didn’t work.

It's an international thing, but none of the stations here are currently broadcasting in Digital, so you won't pick anything up yet..........one day maybe
