COuld anyone help me please I have been trying to book dinner as a suprise for my partner at el diablo resturant at the volcano for our upcoming holiday in the 1st week of janurary,I have tried calling the resturant although there seems to be no
one who speaks English available......please help!

Carol, if you look on the What to do - Attractions tab to the left of this page, you'll see the restaurant shuts at 3:30pm, and the park itself at about 6pm, so if you meant an evening meal, forget it. If you mean lunch, then I've never known the need to book. If you want an evening meal in a special location, then if you say whereabouts you are staying, someone should be able to suggest something.
