The Fire mountains, Timanfaya National Park, has a wheelchair access coach that would take you around the Volcano's.

Just see the attendants when you arrive at the attraction they will normally allow you to park at the top of the hill near the restaurant.

Many of the other attractions are unfortunately not accessable, I would consider Mirador del Rio as the main viewing point is on the ground floor.

My only experience was pushing my father in law in a wheelchair one holiday. The Cactus Garden looks ok, and even has a ramp at the entrance, but all the paths are volcanic stone crazy paving, with deep gaps wide enough for the front wheels to drop down. After a few times of lifting him and the chair bodily to free the wheels, and him being shaken about, we gave up.

ask in the main tour company's offices,( last minute tours or company travel),they are really helpful and will let you know which trips and tours will suit you, they have loads of experience will know which venues are wheelchair friendly.
