I can only agree with tapper do not go anywhere near pdc homes. We had the misfortune of buying a property from them and it has been a complete nightmare, which has resulted in us being ripped off for thousands of pounds by pdc homes. In the months this has been going on i have managed to find many other victims who have been ripped off by pdc homes, so keep your hard earned money and stay well away from this gang of criminals posing as estate agents and rental agents. Avoid them like the plague.

i have heard a strong rumour now from 2 people that lanzarote property warehouse has shut, the office cleared out and theyve dissapeared with all the money.freinds parents are staying in atalya apartments which was rented through them for a month with 2 weeks to go they are worried if they can stay.apparantly its the agency on the avenida near toby jug.

I've also heard that Property Warehouse has been closed down for malpractise ! so don't know where you stand, just hope the same happens to PDC homes !

I would certainly endorse John Killeen and his staff. I should be taking possession of a PDC property tomorrow.
