the one I used for a 2 year rental in PdC was www.grupoestupendo.com. Excellent service and very easy going. Lots of help in the first year at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Speak to John Killeen at Lanzarote investments for puerto del carmen and a few arrecife properties.
Link to your left under 'Estate agents' in the property section.

All I'll say is that only 2 estate agents have been here long term - Kevin Roper and lanzarote investments. Unfortunately I know there are some come a day go a day estate agents on the island.

I agree Kevin Roper has been here years but Lanzarote Investments I dont think so!! From my memory Atlantico Homes along with Inversiones Timanfya and Real Estate Lanzarote have all been in business a lot, lot longer than Investments. I still remember a few years ago when the Irish owner was still a singer in the bars, if memory serves me correct he only became an estate agent when the main Irish boom took off 4 or 5 years ago!!!!!

Just to clarify. Lanzarote Investments has been trading as Real Estate agents for 10 years. However, one of the owners has been mediating property sales for more than 14 years. The Irish owner along with his Spanish partner are one of the few people with real eatate and third level qualifications, selling property in Lanzarote. I believe that Atlantico homes started trading in 2005/2006.

As far as i am aware, Atlantico have no more interest in Loma Verde, the squatters have put a stop to any viable investment in this compllex. The ones that are privately owned are unable to be let because of squatters destroying the complex. This makes them undesirable for renting. As far as Atlantico themselves as a company are concerned i would not hesitate to recommend them , they have been very professional and helpful in my quest to find the house of my dreams and being 1) a woman, and 2) a Mackem they have had a huge task on their hands lol

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Thorn of Seabreeze located in C/. Bernegal, PDC.
When we bought our apartment through his company 12 months ago, he went the extra mile and made the whole experience so straightforward.
He has a wealth of knowledge and speaks the language fluently.
If only for curiosity, give him a go.
