Coffee and Cream is a little Bistro and coffee bar behind the police station.. the breakfast is very good and so are the evening meals.
All home cooked and 12.90 for 2 meals excellent value, John and Zoe are very friendly and make you very welcome.

I love the Steak and Ale pie :D

Sally Ann's right - Coffee and Cream is well worth a visit. We like their breakfasts - although not as much as Jude's brekkies at "The British Cafe". Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm... craving one now!

Pop in to Smiggy's bar too (CC Jablillo). You'e guaranteed a warm welcome, and good grub. Say hi from me - I haven't been up to see them in a while.

You are quite away out of the centre, so try, walking down to the Playa Bastion area, lots of nice places to eat there.

You will always find the locals are nice and friendly!
Come down to Puerto del Carmen one day, direct bus from opposite the hotel, €2 (ish). Jaspars, Spenders, Linda´s sports Bar, me(?)+ Julie lol, and lots more.
Enjoy! Loulour

We stayed in the Occidental over the road but the Barcelo looked lovely when we went over (to use cash machine!)

Didnt look basic to me, all low lighting and comfy chairs kinda thing.

Loadsa nick nack shops and car rental and bus and taxi ranks within 50 mtrs. quite a bit from the heart of CT but only bout €2 / €3 taxi ride away.
