Hi everyone!

My fella and I will be coming to Costa Teguise on 9th July... (just under 6 weeks!!) and we are so excited!!! (We are aged 20 and 23)

So any info on nice bars/restaurants would be appreciated! I have read alot of info on this forum and think I have a pretty good idea where to go already...
Would really like to visit Timanfaya, looks fab... would it be best to hire a car for 3 days maybe and visit a few places?? Or should we stick to the coach trips??

hi jennie you must get down to a certain bar mentioned in this forum it beggins with a la esqu and you maybe fortunate enuff to bumb in to meatloaf him self.were are you staying mite be able to give you more info then on bars/restraunts.ive not done timman so i cant comment.

Staying at H10 Lanza Gardens... After looking into it abit more it seems to be more suited to families with kids... but that doesnt bother us too much as we spend as little time as poss in hotels/apartments etc! I think its quite close to the main beach...

Normally cheaper to hire a car. Lanza is an easy place to drive.
Timanfaya National Park is a must, €8 each with an included 40 min coach trip. (sit on the side opposite the driver for the best views).
Try www.autospluscar.com for very nice cars, less than 6 month old.

youre just a 10 min walk to the beach and very close to a certain bar from what im led to belive its cheap to hire a car and do the trips yourself and explore the island. if you decide to go on excursions i can reccomend last muinet travel next to the red lion bar and the exchange shop.

Think that might be our bar - we are about 100 yards up the road from you - pop in if you get chance, Meatloaf may make live appearances from time to time!!

you def gota go to Saxo's, Its a good fun bar!!! Good place to start of at! And on the same level aas that is a fast food place called "The filling station" Does the best pizza's!!!!!!
Then try Coyotes for ya late nite drinking and dancing. And defo go into Mambo's, which is next to coyotes!!!!!

Heard a lot of good things about La Esquina, so will definatly be going there!

Im really looking forward to going now, 5 weeks tomorrow morning!!
