Hello, i'm going to Playa Blanca in around 9 weeks and i was just wondering firstly can you buy WKD blue in the bars / supermarkets and also if you were planning a nice romantic meal has anyone got any suggestions?

Blue WKD is widely available in most bars and supermarkets.
I normally use the Don Camillo II restaurant on the front of Playa Blanca but lots more available.

Wax Bar in CC Papagayo stocks all three flavours ... but if you go down make sure that you leave some Irn-Bru WKD in the fridge for me!!!
As for romantic meal I am picking up very good reports about the new restaurant Mirador which is on the seafront at Marina Rubicon ... I haven't tried it yet but it is a stunning location and really well designed if you hit it before Sunset you'll be able to watch the sun go down over Playa Blanca and the red volcano!
