5 weeks till lanzarote and looks like i will need internet on my hols,not much to do online but looks like i will need internet at some point,so,do i bring my netbook and try free wifi in local bars or cafe,i dont really want to lug it all way to c.t,playa bastian area,if i cant get free wifi,or should i just use internet cafe etc.i can imagine not bringing it,going for a drink,and then realising how easy it is and i should have taken it all along.hope this makes sense or am i just going mad!

There are always places that have pcs, and charge about a Euro for 20 mins, so if all you aredoing is checking e mail, that could save you lugging it, and worrying it's safe.

As Walker says, most (if not all) "Recreativo" places have internet access at €1 for 20/30 mins.
Safe and also able to enjoy a coffee, food etc whilst surfing.
