Is Friends bar still open in Puerto del Carmen and if so what are their prices.

Hiya Frank&Pearl.
I came back to the UK in March from PDC and Friends bar was certainly open then. Steve & Sue are crackin hosts. As for prices, I'm not sure of the exact price of drinks food etc, but they are MORE than reasonable.
The food in Friends is great; try the Sunday dinner, AND, if they still do em, for desert try a caramel vodka mousse..

Me and the wife had unday dinner there in the first week in June andit was excellent and only 6.95 euros and with a pint of San Miguel at 1.50 the prices are excellent as well.  Cheers Peter

Friends Bar is the best value Bar I know in Lanza/the World Its how a bar should be run. The Irish Bar owners could learn a thing or 2

The Brendan Behan in the La Hoya centre doesn't fall into the category of over-priced stereotypical Oirish bar.
Very cheap for all drinks and very, very welcoming hosts in the form of Mick, Caroline and Eamonn.

Focker has it exactly right: a nice half-hour stroll up along the front or 5 mins in a taxi.
Once you're at the La Hoya centre, you're there.

Say if you are at the Casino in Puerto Del Carmen, head direction of the San Antonio (Airport). Its not far from the Casino just behind the Dubliner (avoid) Bar. Hope That Helps
