Is the new furniture shop opposite the bus station in PB open yet - if so does anyone know what it is called. Coming out next week and need some sofas. Thanks

If you can´t find anything you like try IKEA, no really! They have some great sofa´s and deals also deliver very quickly. IKEA is to the north of Arrecife near to the main harbour.

Have popped an anser on the Gazette for you too lolly... but it's bad news I'm afraid. "Ganigo" still isn't open. If you don't fancy heading up to Ikea... then try the furniture shop on the left hand side in Yaiza (as you come in from PB). They keep siesta hours... but it's worth popping in there.

nice shop, but a bit pricey

We found out that veta muebles (if that's the shop you mean in Yaiza) will make you a suite to the dimensions you want, with the style of arms you want etc.
This meant we could have a corner suite perfect for the shape and size of our room, without those silly round ends that you fall off.
I thought the price was pretty reasonable for a custom made thing and we only had to wait a couple of weeks for it.
