Hi

I have to check out of a villa by 10.00 but my flight isnt till late at night, does anyone know of a hotel with a pool and changing facilities where we could pay a day rate and use for the day?
Or anything similar?

If your'e in PDC try the Montana Club,at the back of the strip opposite side to the Casino.

most complexes will allow late vacation of rooms - perhaps 2pm or thereabouts and will store luggage and provide shower rooms. Other than that, ask one of the neighbours if they'd mind you freshening up before you leave.

The villa is in Playa Blanca.

It is not on a complex so the usual courtesy room arrangements wouldnt apply.

Hi, did you ask the people you hired the villa from if you could stay later? I've been to many private rentals round Lanz and, where I've had a late flight they always let me stay on unless someone else is arriving that day. Other than that, why not ask the tourist information folk, or even hire a car for the last day and go to the water park in Costa Teguise, where you can then change after bathing all day, go for a nice meal and then head round to the airport. Oh I'm starting to get dreamy now for my next visit...still too many weeks away. boo hoo

If you hang around the back gate, you could always slip in. Leave cases at reception area and just use the pool. Shower at the poolside. You need 'neck' but it can be done!

alternatively, as previously suggested, ask owners/agents, if you could stay on for a few hours.

Or simply ask the people in the villa next door if they'd mind if you left your luggage with them for a few hours and would the also mind if you had a quick shower before you go.

I've always offered shower facilities to those I met on hols and was reciprocated. Mind you, I've always stayed in a complex so to speak.

You must check out around 10. If you were to stay on till 11, then you could go for breakfast/brunch in one of the restaurants on the beach front, laze there for around an hour, then get taxi/buss to airport. By the time you have checked in, had another bite to eat; seen the shops etc, its amazing how fast the time goes.
