Sorry but it is impossible to visit without a car. The nearest regular service is to Orzola, maybe 5 miles walk mostly uphill to Mirador.

There is a 26 from Ye but it is set for the residents of Ye to get to Arrecife. One per day in each direction.

Cant help you on the bus side as I hired a car ( cloudy once we got to top and seen nothing, lol ) but price wise per person I think when we were there 2 years ago it was only about €4 or €5 in. dont know if you can get an excursion just to mirador del rio on its own without combining it with jameos del agua.

No, most North Island tours will include Jameos and/or Cueva.
The only way is sadly by car or bike (pedal or powered).

Timanfaya, El Golfo and Los hervideros are the same, no public transport access.

Many others have bus access, albeit some restricted.

www.arrecifebus.com

Spanish only at the moment, upgraded site that has removed pricing and English, but.....
