Punta jublillo apts is it a flat area suitable for someone disabled who cannot walk very far

Yes it is in a flat area, Costa Teguise is the flattest of the resorts, just the steps on and off the pavements are very steep.

i would say that costa teguise is not suitable for wheelchairs at all as the pavements and roads are so uneven even my children had problems walking on them as they kept tripping up

You're right for wheelchairs the pavements are steep and the ramps are like ski slopes.My husband took his electric scooter in March and he got around, but it wasn't easy, but for those with walking difficulties is passable.
