he worked in a karaoke bar called Tito's.

Dont know this guy Alex. But just want to give ya some info. I've been on and off this island for the past 12 years.
Have seen alot of girls fall for these guys, barmen/loungeboys/PR's. The lads get what they want of the girls and then move on to the next. I have seen it loads of times. Poor girls think he loves them and cares about them. But before they are on the plane they have moved on.
Saw this with a cousin of mine. Met a loungeboy in a bar around Central Atlantico!! She is telling me he said he loves her and wants to come and visit her etc. Poor girl said she is in love with him and wants to move out here
Anyway the day she went back I saw him out that night snogging a girl so got a quick video just to show the poor cousin

also sorry but its true he is a flirt. seen him with loads of girls when i worked with him. lovely guy but same as most men in the bars, he gets with different girls all the time. actually seen a girl cry over him because she saw him with someone else next night.

as long as you are not hoping for something more than friendship then go for it.
