Hi Allie
Not sure about them apartments as we have never stopped there but Costa Teguise is perfect for a young family.
It's a very flat resort with lots to do. There are some great bars and restaurants that are very family friendly. Teach you young 'un some simple spanish words and phrases and the locals will really make a fuss. This summer my five year old had a very basic conversation with a shop owner is spanish and she ended up giving him a free sports bag. It was only things he'd picked up from Dora and Diego so nothing complex.
There is a good crazy golf course and lots of bungee trampolines that my son loved. There's also an aquarium which I found a bit pricey bu good for a last day trip if you have any money left.
The beaches are also great, but if you are hiring a car, make your way up to Arrieta, Famara or many of the other beaches around the island.
I'm sure you'll love Lanzarote and Costa Teguise. Have a great time.

Contact Meatloaf on this forum, he´s about 3 yr old (sorry meat), but honestly he´ll give you any info. Failing this try LaEsquina (from suprisingly) La Esquina Bar in C.Teguise, he´s a great bloke along with Alana and he´ll also help. Enjoy your hol.
