Can anyone tell me if the Jaeger Brothers are still playing in Lanzarote.

We were last over in December last year when they were playing in Spinnakers in Puerto del Carmen although I have been told that it no longer the case.

We are back over in 6 weeks (not that we're counting, haha) and a visit just wouldn't be the same without seeing them at least once, they are truly fantastic!

Many thanks

Sorry to let you know that when we were over in late September we called into the Spinnaker and found out they no longer play in PDC.
As they both live in Costa Teguise, they just play in the hotels round there now.
Real shame as they are really good, hopefully they'll get back to PDC again

Happy Holidays :D

Thanks for that Danny, its a real shame they are no longer playing in PDC. :(

I don't suppose anybody knows whereabouts in Costa Tequise they play? I have been told that they used to play at the Inn Place on a Tuesday and Friday, is that still the case?

What bus can I catch to Costa Tequise, as would be willing to travel there for an evening out just to see them - yes, thats how good I think they are!! :)

How long would it take in a taxi to Costa Tequise and how much would I be looking at?

Thanks in advance

Enjoy

shame, they have the page setup so you can't send a friend request.

Many thanks to you all for all of your help - its very much appreciated!

Jayne - I managed to send them a friend request by clicking on add as friend which then gave the option to send a friend request.

Another question for you all, as it looks as though a trip to Costa Teguise is on the cards if I want to catch the lads, are there any firms that offer a pick up/drop off for such nights out bearing in mind that we are a party of 12.

We are in Lanzarote for New Year then back again in February for a 40th birthday celebration and I couldn't think of a better night out!

Many thanks

the jager bros now do the pubs in costa teguise most nites (just back 8/11//10) and play 2 nites at the inn place every week - they are the best cover band I have seen anywhere on my travels.

the lads don't get the ovation they deserve from holiday makers but they like the lifestyle over there and enjoy performing so we are privileged to get to see them for the price of a few drinks every nite.

they sing the waterboys - the whole of the moon better than the waterboys themselves.

I only stumbled on them at the start of my second week on holiday and saw them every nite they were playing after that - they simply blow everyone else off the island.

on their nite off its worth checking out a new music venue called la vida just up from the punta jablillo hotel - not a bad nite and drinks are reasonable.

Jager brothers play at The Inn Place twice a week and also at the Legends bar (though lack of custom meant they cancelled all entertainment for second part of Jan but not certain if they are now providing it). Saw them twice and noticed they varied their acts slightly so not the same old, same old. Paul Davis has a very good voice and they are both excellent guitarists. Surprised they are not better known.
