Does anyone know if Lanzarote Apartments are still open, cant seem to find any tour operators that are taking bookings?

Are the Lanzarote Apartments the one's at the top of the 'Palmeras' hill? (past Spenders and Spinnakers?)

If so, I have some info I picked up in January from the lady that worked there..........

Yeah they are the apartments past the spinnaker. Any info that you have will be appreciated.

We went there for a day in January due to Plaza Palmeras pool being ice cold. We enquired about booking for new year 2010 but the lady working there (London girl, very friendly, seemed like the owner) told us it would not be open soon, due to it 'changing over'.

When I enquired what this meant she told me it was going to be a swingers hotel, hope this isn't true as it'd bring this lovely part of PDC down a bit.

Not sure how truthful she was being, but I see no reason for her to lie me (especially when we was considering booking there and then!)

How does that work then ??? when u go home in the evening do u pull out keys from a bag and see whos in ur apartment ?? !!
