I thought I'd post a link to some photos I took yesterday in the mountains and valleys of Lanzarote, to show how green it is at this time of year, and to give people who have never been other than to the tourist areas a sense of how beautiful the island is.

Hi SG, yes, I only joined yesterday after Smokie mentioned the forum, and found the name John B had already been taken

Superb, we have been twice in March and seen the island looking like this. The other time had been just after a hot February so it was starting to look a little more like August, barren.
Keep up the photo's they are excellent
