I booked a private transfer with Last Minute from the Airport to Playa Blanca met the man at the Airport and we were'nt on his list but to be fair he got us a driver?. On arriving at Playa Blanca I had to show the driver? where to go! When I got up off my seat to give directions crikey I left my good jacket on the mini bus seat,did I get it back NO after false promises to drop it at the office and call me back,oh well I guess it was my fault for leaving it on the bus. And of course they were on time for the return journey NO 45 minutes late! Me thinks Canal Travel next time......

Sorry to here you lost your jacket. Yes Canal travel are very good we have used them from the airport to costa teguise.

Quite surprised by your experience with Last Minute Been using them couple of times a year for many years and never had one problem/issue with them in all the years using them. They're very popular for transfers and a trips around the island.............hope it was a one off
