Well, being pedantic, because you mis-spelled it in the title, and because I wasn't sure if it was the title you had of a specific document, or just a general theme you were trying to get information on, I suggested you describe what you wanted. My Googling came up with Canary Islands Tourist Regulations Act, number 7 / 95 as a title, which then lead to Ley 7/1995 which produced this:
