Never been to Lanzarote but coming over in August. Can anyone recommend any good live music bars?

Where are you staying? Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca?
Charlie's Bar in Centro Atlantico (Puerto del Carmen) is good. They have a website too - just Google Charlies Lanzarote.

I can 2nd that, Charlies bar is excellent for live music. I've been to PDC quite a few times over the years and always head to Charllies, always have a brilliant band on. Seen a few different bands in there over the years, but they've always been excellent. Its easy enough to find, head to Centro Atlantico and ask anyone, or just look out for the Charlies Bar sign.

Agree, Charlies is the best for Live music but you'll pay for it No admission charge but the drinks are expensive. Still not as expensive as Mulligans which is a Rip-Off

The 2 bands you HAVE to see for me are Question at the American Indian cafe, They play every night starting at 10pm
And the Jaeger Brothers are simply fantastic, last time I was over they were only playing 1 night in PDC and that was at the Spinnaker, they are great and if you get the chance to see them, you must do it
Happy Holidays Danny

Forgot to mention the Legend Charlie Chapman. Playing in the Brian Boru bar most nights. Also does the odd night with Nolita (Joy Council)

Question, although talented musicians allways look bored, as if they are just going through the motions. There are several places offering live music, you can also try the old town. There will probably be a band playing at Buddies, now in the La Hoya centre, Scotch Corner, near the harbour. The Crowded House is another on Calle Reina Sofia, to name buy a few. You will find others if you look and ask around.
