It maybe it's a bit late, I realise you posted in Sept 09 but if you haven't found anywhere yet try http://www.lanzaroteholidayrentals.co.uk/longterm.php I've just got back from Playa Blanca, stayed in a property that I found on here albeit only for a short term (2 weeks). Property was nice clean and the owners very friendly. Last time I looked they had about half a dozen long term lets.
Alternatively just type "Long term rentals Playa Blanca" into google including the quotation marks. Using the quotation marks cuts out all the crap that can be returned in some search and will just search for those specific words.
