looking for a decent 1/2 bedroom apartment/villa. We need to know how much it would cost roughly per month/week aswell and if that price includes utilities. We are staying from early April this year The place needs to be around Puerto Del Carmen, preferably on the sea front or close to the center.

As a rough guide 350-450 for a 1 bed (some include bills..some don't). 2 bed 450-600 a month. Bills if included usually means water, electric, community fees and property taxes. Normally need 2 months rent to start the rental agreement - 1 months deposit and your first months rent.
TBH best being on the island if possible so you can check them out.
