Im Very interested in Bars/Pubs in Costa teguise pref. but anywhere on the island would also be considered.

A long/short term lease either in an unit which is currently a bar/pub or one that would be available to be converted to one.

Floor space/food area would be prefered but as i say we would be interested in any properties that you might think would suit.

How many bars would you like ?

Best way is to go and visit. Walk the area, check the bars and see for yourself.
If you have money to buy/lease the bar, (maybe) take a hit, then a visit is nothing. It also gives you an idea of what is happening.

Ive been a regular visitor to lanzarote and like costa teguise, so i would prefer a unit there. i understand that it can be quiet there in the slow season compared to puerto del carmen but am thinking with the mass of bars/restraunts in PDC it wouldnt make much of a difference.?

Think you will find people saying CT is quiet anytime due to the number of AI available.

Best bet is to come out at different times of the year and see what is happening and try PDC and PB and see what if any differences there are in numbers of people.

If you have agood idea/theme for your bar then it may make no difference in which resort you are based.
