Well well well.....I've just spent the last wee while reading this topic and it's kept me totally entertained. I'm now hooked to find out what's coming next!

Scampi, you did the right thing by coming on here and trying to find out what this guy was like. How else were you supposed to know? It's such a shame that he's turned out the way he has. Most of them, unfortunately, are the same though.

Me and my mate go to Lanzarote, purely because we love it there. We always get chatting to loads of people and have an amazing time, every time we go.

A lot of the workers over there are pretty lame. A lot of them think that cos they are decent looking (some of them anyway!), they can put the puppy dog eyes on and that we're all going to fall for it.

Girls have to know what they are getting involved with. There's nothing wrong with having fun on holiday at all, just be careful and remember that you can't really expect anything to come from it. It's not going to be some big romance. Once you get to the departure gate at Arrecife, there's a new plane full of girls at Arrivals ready to get the same chat!

I'm glad you have sussed out what he's like, now you can move on. Hope it doesn't stop you from going on your girly holidays to Lanza - it's the best place in the world!

I'm going over for 10 days on 31st December and I can't wait.

well said julie - i was starting to wonder if this was CSI or something, i mean really??!! As for the pic of me, i think it is a little too dangerous right now, as the wife is obviously on the verge of finding out etc, but maybe at a later date if youre lucky!! You wont be disappointed though!! I know, i am quite popular arent i? I love it!

Yes i have now realised what a dumb ass the guy is, and it is a shame that it turned out like this as i honestly did think he liked me. Yes i do know though what a ot of them are like and about new girls coming each week, they just cant keep it in their pants!

I must say though, as pathetic as it is, that banter does make me chuckle!

Well what an exciting story!!!! I think you did the right thing in coming on here to find out what this guy is like, otherwise how would you know? You could be sitting at home planning your next trip to see him thinking hes the nicest most genuine guy out there! Luckily you had the sense to come on here and check him out first!
Think its hilarious that his mates and probably him have all had a go at defending him and saying it wasnt actually him but someone else etc etc.....
I too came on here for the same thing, I met a spanish guy called Pep who works on a boat and spent the most wonderful 3 days with him, he seems genuine (but they all do) and wants me to go out to see him in december, I went to his apartment (no sign of a wife or girlfriend!!) but knowing how many players there are out there I wanted to check on here 1st before I wasted my time, my holiday or my airfare!!! So I say well done for using your head and checking it out 1st.
